- Usage data: Analyses you run, bets you log in the tracker, and interactions with the Service
- Payment information: Processed entirely by Stripe. BetMind does not store credit card numbers or payment credentials

- Communications: Any messages you send to BetMind support
We do not collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, or sensitive financial account information.
3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure provided by Supabase (PostgreSQL database) hosted in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
5. Third-Party Services
BetMind integrates with the following third-party services that may process your personal data as part of operating the platform. Each has its own privacy policy governing their data practices:

The BetMind Service is intended for users who are 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 21. If we become aware that we have collected information from a person under 21, we will delete that information promptly. 8. California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request disclosure of the personal information we collect about you and the right to request deletion of that information.
